As lead counsel, handles disputes across sectors: (oil/gas, renewable/solar/nuclear), banking, M&A, telecommunications/satellites, aviation, infrastructure and engineering, hotel/hospitality, pharmaceutical, retail and sports/motor racing. Commercial arbitration experience covers wide areas of legal issues (contract, fraud, corporate governance, trust and fiduciary issues), and disputes arising under the 1980 Vienna Convention on the Sale of Goods.
