i) A groundbreaking federal lawsuit against the National Park Service challenging the agency’s actions under the National Environmental Policy Act;
ii) ongoing representation of a leading national for-profit university in a federal court lawsuit alleging large-scale copyright infringement against a Silicon Valley “unicorn” company;
iii) ongoing representation of the former licensee of a preeminent sports media and publishing brand in a federal court lawsuit demanding $200 million from the licensor;
iv) ongoing representation of plaintiff corporation against one of the nation’s largest banks in federal litigation arising from the sale of valuable debt portfolios;
v) winning control of a well-known portfolio brand for an apparel company client after a full JAMS arbitration and verdict;
vi) the successful defense (winning a monetary judgment in his client’s favor) of an internationally-renowned apparel brand in a AAA arbitration where the claimant sought over $10 million in damages; and
vii) ongoing representation of former employee-shareholders of name-brand media company asserting negligence claims relating to highly-publicized SPAC transaction.
