Arnold & Porter has expanded its government contracts team in Washington DC with a new partner hire.
Michael McGill joins the firm from Hogan Lovells. McGill represents clients on government procurement law matters, including litigation and transactional work.
He acts for clients on bid protests, contract claims against the government, prime-subcontractor disputes, and other commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation.
He also defends government contractors facing allegations of fraud and misconduct, helping them navigate Defense Contract Audit Agency audits, Justice Department and agency Offices of Inspector General investigations, and suspension and debarment actions.
