Morrison & Foerster has hired a new antitrust litigator in San Francisco.
Bonnie Lau joins the firm’s global antitrust and white collar practice groups from Dentons.
Lau has tried criminal and civil cases in federal and state courts and has represented clients in enforcement proceedings. She handles antitrust price-fixing cartel matters and alleged output suppression and monopolization as well as class actions and multidistrict litigation.
Recently she acted for Matsuo Electric of Japan in individual and class action antitrust proceedings, and directed the company's defense in related investigations and enforcement actions.
