Two high profile dispute partners have left Oldham Li & Nie and set up their own firm.
Adam Hugill and Alfred Ip have founded their own practice called Hugill & Ip.
Hugill focuses on employment and business immigration, dispute resolution, discrimination, and data privacy.
Ip was the head of the private client practice at Oldham Li & Nie. He advises on probate and estate planning, dispute resolution, matrimonial and family law and intellectual property.
Oldham Li & Nie is ranked in Tier 2 for Family and Probate and Tier 3 for Commercial and Transactions disputes in Hong Kong in the latest edition of Benchmark Asia-Pacific.
