Paul Hastings has hired Shaun Wu from Kobre & Kim as the firm’s investigations and white-collar defence practice partner in Hong Kong.
Wu specialises in corporate investigations, anti-corruption compliance and white-collar crime defence with extensive dispute resolution experience advising clients in China and across Asia-Pacific. He often represents multinational corporations in investigations and compliance reviews involving China with a focus on the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), bribery, fraud, misconduct and other enforcement matters.
