James Pak joins from Baker McKenzie and is an experienced patent litigator and trial lawyer.
He advises on jury trials and US International Trade Commission proceedings and has represented clients in the wireless telecommunication and automotive industries.Â
His clients include companies from Japan and Korea and he is fluent in Korean.
