Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr has hired two new disputes lawyers for its office in Minneapolis.
Partner Alain Baudry and associate Matthew Veenstra both join the firm from Kutak Rock.
Baudry is a trial lawyer acting on disputes related to contracts, commercial litigation, antitrust, intellectual property and securities. He acts in cases before state and federal courts, including bench and jury trials, and arbitration panels.
Veenstra acts on shareholder disputes, contracts, insurance matters and financial services disputes.
