Wilkie Farr & Gallagher has launched a second office in California in San Francisco.
Simona Agnolucci and Ben Hur will launch the office and join the firm as partners. Both Agnolucci and Hur are experienced in representing leading global technology companies, investors and individual clients.
Agnolucci specialises in complex litigation which includes class actions, complex commercial disputes and white collar criminal defence. Hur has experience resolving complex commercial disputes for technology companies. He also has experience litigating commercial disputes regarding intellectual property, unfair trade practices and commercial disparagement.
