McDermott Will & Emery has added a new government and regulatory partner to its Boston office.
Ben Goldberger had previously held the role of Deputy Legal Counsel to the Governor of Massachusetts. He had started his career at McDermott as an associate.
He focuses on government, white collar crime, public corruption and computer crime cases and has previously worked on policy development related to criminal justice reform, climate change, renewable energy and economic development.
