During the research cycle, the firm represented the first case in Shaanxi province to systematically try a dispute over
“format clauses”. The core point of the case is the identification of a “form contract”, but there is no clear standard in the current judicial practice. In response, the Help Reaching Law Firm’s team broke through the inertia of thinking and created a systematic understanding of contract provisions, and the decision further clarified and refined the criteria for determining form contracts in Chinese judicial practice, filling the judicial gap.
In addition, the firm has represented Xi'an Construction General Engineering Group in a series of construction contract disputes.
