The disputes group focuses on all types of litigation instituted and prosecuted within India and abroad, including commercial disputes, recovery proceedings, property disputes, infringement of intellectual property rights, constitutional matters, custody claims, service matters, banking claims, insolvency, criminal matters, white-collar crimes and other disputes. During the period under review, the firm added new significant client mandates from Adani Group, GMR Group and Dineshchandra Infracon.

The team recently represented RattanIndia Enterprises in its dispute against several individuals relating to the shareholders agreement between them and the client over obligations between the parties with respect to the running and functioning of Revolt Intellicorp.
