Broome has recently been engaged in climate change related environmental litigation on behalf of one of the leading oil and gas distributors. The mass tort litigation involves lawsuits filed across the US.

KELLER/ANDERLE
Jennifer Keller, founder of her own Irvine-based litigation boutique Keller Anderle, is widely acknowledged as a “fierce” trial lawyer. “Jennifer is amazing,” testifies a peer. “She gets brought in on a big case when it looks like it’s going to go to trial! They also do appellate work, but it really is more trial-centric. And they WIN!” One client testifies, “Keller/Anderle represented me and my company in litigation against insurance companies, and they are the best representation that anyone can have.” Displaying a remarkable versatility in her trial prowess, and often on compressed timelines, Keller is known for juggling several "bet-the-company" cases simultaneously.

PAUL WEISS RIFKIND WHARTON & GARRISON
White-collar and securities star Melinda Haag has been a key component in the launch of Paul Weiss's West Coast presence, opening the firm's San Francisco office after joining in January 2021. Haag comes with unwavering peer support and "hardcore white-collar credentials"; she had previously done a five-year stint as the US Attorney for the Northern District of California, where she won acclaim for her impressive track record of prosecuting fraud and corruption claims.

SHOOK HARDY & BACON
Jessica Grant recently joined Shook Hardy & Bacon in their San Francisco office, bringing over a long-running career of trial work in a number of areas, but with a particular emphasis on complex class actions in the areas of product liability and employment. She has previously handled cases PFAS related lawsuits on behalf of chemical manufacturers, and actions involving copyright infringement, fraud, and tortious interference.

SUMMIT LAW
Jessica Goldman
is a commercial litigator at Seattle boutique Summit Law. Goldman also attends to a niche practice in First Amendment and media/defamation law, representing a range of public and private clients. Goldman represented the City of Seattle in a First Amendment challenge to its Fair Chance Housing Ordinance, which bans landlords from inquiring about or using a tenant’s criminal record, and also represented a group of subpoenaed legislators and legislative staff in a redistricting lawsuit. Shannon Phillips is a labor and employment-focused practitioner. In one recent matter, Phillips represented a call center in defense of wage-and-hour class action seeking damages for alleged unpaid pre- and post-shift work. Phillips secured a series of wins that ultimately led to the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissing the remaining claims.
