Daniela is partner at Consortium Legal - Honduras. She has 12 years of experience and is specialized in the Litigation and Arbitration sector. She´s also experienced in corporate assessment, handling civil proceedings, both in ordinary jurisdiction and arbitration, and in proceedings before administrative court.
She has represented clients in conciliation and arbitration proceedings before different Conciliation and Arbitration Centers, including the International Chamber of Commerce, in claims related to Lease Contracts, Construction Contracts and compensation claims in general. She is also experienced in civil processes before ordinary courts under the recently implemented Civil Process Code.
