Jennifer Estremera, a founder and Managing Partner of the firm, is a trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in high-exposure commercial and intellectual property cases in federal and state courts nationwide. She has played a crucial role in helping the firm secure over $1 billion in jury verdicts and judgments since its launch. Jennifer is known for her ability to organize and manage large-scale, complex cases as well as her unique perspective in connecting with jurors.

Jennifer is recognized as one of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America and has been acknowledged by Benchmark Litigation for her skills in commercial and intellectual property litigation. She has earned back-to-back honors in the "Women Leaders in Tech – Intellectual Property" category at the California Legal Awards by Law.com/The Recorder. She has also been named a “Women Worth Watching in Leadership” by Profiles in Leadership Journal. Featured in IAM Patent 1000, sources described her as a “brilliant researcher and writer who is exceptionally bright and hard working. Representing clients in a wide range of cases, Jennifer’s work involves trade secrets, commercial transactions, patents, trademarks, false advertising, energy and environmental issues, constitutional violations, consumer class actions, product liability and personal injury, and securities claims in FINRA arbitration. In addition, she has represented clients in pro bono cases including insurance, consumer protection, housing, and immigration.

Jennifer played a key role in helping the RJLF team secure a $673 million award for Kove IO in its patent infringement case against Amazon Web Services, involving cloud storage technology. The judge upheld a $525 million verdict and added $148 million in interest during post-trial motions. This was the largest standing patent victory of 2024, ranked as the ninth highest of the past decade, and recognized among Law.com’s VerdictSearch Top 100 Verdicts of 2024.

Jennifer serves on the board of directors for Teach Democracy, a nonprofit organization which focuses on civic engagement through interactive programs and resources for teachers and youth. She also served on Law360’s 2024 Trials Editorial Advisory Board. Jennifer is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. She served as a clerk to Hon. Edward J. Davila of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
