Julien Archambault practices civil and commercial litigation. Specializing in construction law and insolvency and restructuring, he is often called upon to intervene in cases where these two fields meet.

In his insolvency practice, Julien represents trustees, ordinary and secured creditors, debtors and other stakeholders. He is involved in proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, as well as in efforts to avoid such proceedings.
