- Representation of financial institutions in various disputes involving routine banking transactions, fees relating to financial products, refusal of financing, payment in error, loss of bank draft, falsified or altered cheques, Payments Canada rules, unauthorized withdrawals, fraud and termination of banking relationship.
- Representation of a manufacturer of electrical power transformers in connection with a hidden defect claim of approximately $100M.
- Represented the Attorney General of Canada, a former Prime Minister and a Federal Minister before the Court of Appeal in the context of a claim for damages instituted by a former ambassador following his recall.
- Representation of the Attorney General of Quebec in an application for an injunction to prohibit the construction of a private aerodrome in wetlands and water and in a debate on the constitutional applicability of environmental protection laws matters under federal jurisdiction
- Representation of a real estate developer in a defamation action against a newspaper alleging breaches of journalistic standards.
