With over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, Dominique is equally at ease in disputes involving the most complex legal issues as she is in advising businesses and public organizations. Moreover, recognized for her remarkable ability to lead large-scale files and coordinate large teams, she understands the importance of listening to her clients in order to develop effective strategies which will take into consideration their business reality, media climate and public relations.
Dominique is a seasoned litigator who has over the years developed an extensive expertise in administrative law, employment law, including internal investigations and governance, in construction law, in class actions, and with respect to extraordinary measures, including seizures and injunctions. She is also regularly appointed by the courts to act as an independent supervising lawyer in the context of Anton Piller orders, particularly in complex fraud cases involving cryptocurrency.
Dominique’s reputation is well established. She is frequently called upon to represent major private and public companies, executives, and public figures.
