Khue Hoang is Co-Managing Partner of Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP’s New York office. A former semiconductor engineer, Khue brings her technical background and industry insights into the courtroom to effectively guide clients through their most complex intellectual property challenges. She works closely with clients and experts to understand complex technologies and craft effective strategies to protect and enforce their interests.

Khue represents companies across a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, data storage, consumer electronics, and medical devices. Her clients range from Fortune 100 companies to small enterprises responsible for pioneering landscape-changing technologies. She also advises clients on intellectual property and privacy issues impacting M&A, private equity, and complex business disputes.

Most recently, Khue secured a $673 million award for Kove IO against Amazon Web Services through successful post-trial motions. The judgment upheld a $525 million patent infringement verdict and added $148 million in interest. The verdict was ranked 13th among Law.com VerdictSearch’s Top 100 Verdicts of 2024, recognized as the largest surviving patent win of the year, and the 9th largest of the past decade.

Khue has earned recognition for her accomplishments throughout her career. She is featured in Crain’s “Notable Women in Law,” named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation, and honored by IAM Patent 1000 as one of the World’s Leading Patent Professionals. Among her many accolades, she has also been recognized for her contributions to diversity and leadership, including being named a “Woman Worth Watching in STEM” and receiving the Asian Leadership Award by Profiles in Leadership Journal.

Khue is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and the University of California, San Diego, where she was a Powell Fellow and was awarded an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in semiconductor physics. She received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
