Laura Bambara’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a focus on ex-traordinary remedies and shareholders’ rights disputes. As well, she is currently involved in various class actions. Laura acts for a wide range of clients, including leading Canadian and foreign corporations and crown corporations. Laura has acted in numerous lengthy trials and has extensive Court experience before all levels of the Quebec courts.
Laura was ranked by Benchmark Canada in its 40 & Under Hot List 2020-2023 and as Benchmark Litigation Star in 2021-2023. Laura also teaches civil procedure at the École du Barreau du Québec. While studying law, she also completed an internship with the Honourable Pierre Dallaire, a Superior Court judge.
