Leonardo Neri has extensive experience in Civil Litigation and is highly qualified in Digital Law, Privacy & Data Protection, Consumer Law, and is also Master of Media, Entertainment and Sports Law. He represents domestic and multinational companies in resolution of civil and consumer litigation. He provides advice to start ups, in the preparation of legal opinions on the legalization of games and in the implementation of compliance programs with the General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD), in the assessment of risks of administrative and judicial claims, and also provides advice to clients before Sports Courts, to prevent and resolve Consumer Law claims in both court and arbitral proceedings involving termination of contracts, intellectual property, internet and doping matters. Leonardo contributed over the past years towards contingency cost reduction of approximately 1 billion Reais managing the civil portfolio of players from different lines of business.
