Rafael represents national and multinational companies in the prevention and resolution of civil, commercial, and labor complex disputes He also represents clients at complex negotiations and mediation procedures and collective negotiations with unions and public authorities. Rafael advises clients on operation structuring in Brazil providing risk assessment related to civil and labor legislation and potential disputes resulting from setting up a legal entity in Brazil, M&A and other legal subjects.
