Chow has particular expertise in energy and construction project disputes and is seasoned in complex arbitrations. He sits of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and the ICC (Hong Kong) arbitrator nomination committee. He is also the chair of the Energy & Resources Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.

In addition to Chow, the firm has hired counsel Peter Brabant for its trial and global disputes practice. The international arbitration and investigations specialist Brabant joins from Chevron, where he was on secondment from Jones Day.

Kelly Malone, the office managing partner in Singapore, said of Chow: “Peter is an excellent addition to our Asia-Pacific disputes team. We’ve seen him on the other side of our cases and have been able to appreciate his talents close-up. He will give us a great new edge for China-related work in particular.”
