Harneys hired new partner to expand its litigation, insolvency, and restructuring practice in Asia.

Nicola Roberts joins the Hong Kong practice from Ogier. She focuses on restructuring and insolvency, fraud, asset-tracing and contentious regulatory work.  She also advises on commercial and trust matters.

The move brings the firm’s Asia litigation and restructuring team numbers to 36.
