Brett Harrison is co-leader of the firm's Disputes Group and is cross-appointed to the Corporate Restructuring Group. He has significant expertise in complex corporate commercial litigation and authored the Canadian chapter of the Encyclopaedia of International Commercial Litigation. Brett has significant experience acting on cross-boarder matters. He has been in the leadership of the ABA Section of Litigation for over 15 years and edited the ABA’s “Discovery Across the Globe: Obtaining Evidence Abroad to Support US Proceedings“. Brett was also President of the American Counsel Association. Brett is active in the local bar and was president of the Toronto Lawyer’s Association. He was the firm’s Pro Bono Partner for over a decade and continues to be very involved in pro bono matters.
