Graham specializes in resolving complex commercial disputes for public and private companies, as well as individuals.
Graham’s areas of focus include securities, employment and competition/antitrust class actions; mergers and acquisitions litigation; securities regulation and investigations; shareholder disputes; banking litigation; and general commercial litigation.
Graham has acted as counsel before arbitrators, administrative tribunals and self-regulatory organizations, all levels of courts in Ontario and other provinces, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Graham was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2015. He holds common law and civil law degrees from McGill University, as well as an undergraduate and graduate degree in history from McGill University.
