Lucie Lanctuit

Lucie Lanctuit is a skilled litigator in the firm’s Montréal office, with experience in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contract disputes. She has appeared before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec. Lucie also has extensive experience with commissions of inquiry, having served as counsel to the Commission of Inquiry on the Awarding and Management of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry (Charbonneau Commission).
