Olivier Fraticelli started his career in Québec in 1985, having also been a member of the Paris Bar from 1981 to 2021. He joined LCM Attorneys Inc.Inc. in 2017, after more than twenty years at Fraticelli Provost, a boutique litigation firm that he had founded in 1996 and of which he was one of the principal partners.
Since the beginning of his career, Olivier has focused his practice on litigation, and more particularly on advising and representing clients in the fields of professional liability, construction law, insurance law, civil liability and product liability. He is, and has been for several years, identified by Lexpert magazine as one of the best lawyers in the field of professional liability, infrastructure and insurance law. He was chosen by his peers as lawyer of the year in the field of construction law in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.
