He has represented plaintiffs, defendants, debtors, creditors, and relators in a variety of matters, including professional malpractice actions, contractual disputes, False Claims Act suits, and litigation issues arising from corporate insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy worked as a litigation associate at the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.

Jeremy’s practice spans numerous industries and has produced successful results both in and out of court. He was on the trial team that obtained a $40 million jury verdict for fraud against Credit Suisse, which was affirmed by the Texas Supreme Court. Jeremy has successfully represented several state retirement funds in pursuing False Claims Act and fraud claims against a host of international banks in connection with the funds’ investments in RMBS. He has also successfully represented clients in the oil and gas industry, bringing a variety of claims on behalf of both E&P and oilfield services companies.

Jeremy represented a former Fox News employee in claims against Bill Shine and Fox News, alleging sexual abuse by Roger Ailes and the aiding and abetting of that abuse, all under New York’s Adult Survivors Act. The case was covered by NBC, NPR, The Hollywood Reporter, Law360, Insider, and Vanity Fair, among other outlets.

Jeremy has been recognized by multiple industry observers for his achievements. Among other honors, Lawdragon has named him as one of the 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers in America since 2021.
